What Is SL9300 Inspection Lamp？
SL9300 series are portable yellow-green surface inspection lamp (white light); developed after the SL8600 and SL8500 series.

- With customize-design optical lens and filter, light uniformity can be up to 80%, higher uniformity and larger beam area than the Japanese brand.
- Yellow-green light or white light, sensitive light source, detect the defect at minimal 1um size on the sample surface.
