R&D Capability
High Intensity Discharge Technology (HID)
Our company is among the few manufacturers worldwide that have fully mastered high intensity discharge (HID) technology for UV NDT applications. With over a decade of dedicated R&D experience, we have successfully developed advanced UV metal high intensity discharge lamps that deliver UV intensity up to 35,000μW/cm² with only 35W power consumption. Compared to traditional mercury lamps, HID technology offers higher efficiency, longer service life (over 2,000 hours), lower operating temperature, and improved stability. This technology is widely applied in non-destructive testing (NDT), aerospace inspection, and industrial quality control. Its long irradiation distance and reliable performance make it particularly suitable for demanding inspection environments where precision and consistency are critical.
Optical Lens and Filtering System
Unlike conventional designs that rely on a single lens, we use multiple optical lenses (up to 5 combinations), enabling precise control over UV intensity and beam coverage without altering LED configuration or electrical parameters. This innovative approach allows us to achieve both higher UV intensity and wider irradiation areas under the same LED conditions. In addition, our advanced filtering technology ensures extremely low visible light levels (below 0.5 FC / 5 lux), meeting stringent industry standards such as ASTM E3022 and RRES 90061. These features make our solutions ideal for aerospace NDT, surface defect detection, and other high-precision inspection tasks.
